Areas We Cover

Hi, I'm Anneka! Rossendale offers a little bit of something for everyone, from heritage attractions such as the traditional steam trains and textile museum to the adrenaline-fuelled mountain bike trails, bridle way and ski slopes.

The picturesque Borough offers open countryside and combines modest size urban development with rural villages. As with the Ribble Valley, Rossendale offers many Equestrian properties as well as new build developments. Popular with commuters, the Borough offers motorway links to both Leeds and Manchester. Call me to discuss your property needs within the Rossendale area.

Hi, I'm Georgia! Bridging the gap between the two valleys lies our Head Office in Hyndburn, offering a wide selection of properties within all price brackets. The busy market town of Accrington lies at the centre of the Borough and is home to a spectacular Victorian Market Hall, opened in 1869.

Towards the outskirts, Hyndburn offers beautiful countryside and manages to retain rural seclusion in many areas. The borough has many new build developments as well as the traditional stone built homes expected of a mill town. Call me to discuss your property needs within the Hyndburn area.

Ribble Valley

Hi, I'm Joe! One of the most prestigious locations in the North of England the Ribble Valley offers beautiful scenery and quaint market towns. Home to historic landmarks such as the 800-year-old Clitheroe Castle, the Roman Fort of Bremetennacum in Ribchester, the 14th Century Whalley Abbey and Stonyhurst College.

The Ribble Valley offers a variety of properties from quaint cottages to palatial manor houses and all that lies in between, popular with commuters due to links to the A59. As with Rossendale, The Ribble Valley offers many Equestrian properties as well as new build developments. Call me to discuss buying or selling within the Ribble Valley.

Blackburn and Darwen

Hi, I'm Jack! Built purely on client request we are now proud to be the leading agent in the area with our own Blackburn department.

The former mill borough is now a vibrant, happening place to be with great food, good sport and fashionable heritage as well as two town centres that are creative, entrepreneurial and entertaining places to be. It lies to the north of the West Pennine Moors on the southern edge of the Ribble Valley, just 9 miles east of Preston and 9 miles north of the Greater Manchester border. More recently there has been a lot of regeneration in the centre of Blackburn with the Mall offering a variety of your high street favourites. Call me to discuss your property needs within the Blackburn and Darwen areas.

Hi, I'm Thanasis! To the south of our Head office lies the vibrant, exciting City of Manchester. Well known for its culture, music, sport and shopping, Manchester really does have something for everyone.

Fringed by the Cheshire Plain to the south, the Pennines to the north and with a exceptional Motorway access, be it a period cottage in Roe Green, a superb Semi in Salford or new build townhouse in Swinton our Manchester Office really does have it all and covers the areas of Swinton, Salford, Worsley and Eccles. Due to the success of our Manchester branch, we are delighted to extend our services to include coverage in the areas of Prestwich, Whitefield and Radcliffe. Call me to discuss buying or selling in your area.

Hi, I'm Adam! The town began to develop in the early medieval period as a number of farming hamlets surrounded by manor houses and royal forests and has held a market for more than 700 years.

During the Industrial Revolution it became one of Lancashire's most prominent mill towns: at its peak was one of the world's largest producers of cotton cloth and a major centre of engineering. The town is surrounded by countryside and villages such as Worsthorne, Cliviger and Hurstwood have a reputation as a regional centre of excellence for the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Burnley has retained a strong manufacturing sector and has strong economic links with the cities of Manchester and Leeds, as well as neighbouring towns along the M65 corridor. Call me to discuss your property needs within the Burnley area.

Hi, I'm Kelly! Bridging the boroughs of Wigan and Greater Manchester, Leigh provides a mix of urban and rural living.

At its heart, Leigh has a traditional town centre surrounded by an assortment of Edwardian and Victorian properties widening to more contemporary buildings in outer lying areas. The area retains part of its industrial history with a spattering of red brick mills still standing. Benefiting from fantastic public transport links into Manchester City centre and other major commuter links to the M60, M6 and M61, Leigh provides a perfect hub for surrounding area. Call me to discuss buying or selling your property in Leigh and surrounding areas.

Hi, I'm Sam! The beautiful borough of Chorley is nestled in central Lancashire and covers an area of around 80 square miles.

Surrounded by the West Pennine Moors to the east and merging into the Lancashire plain to the west, the borough is encased by spectacular scenery with the urban yet quaint market town of Chorley at its heart. With surrounding villages and hamlets dotted amongst rolling countryside, the Chorley area offers fantastic links to Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire with the M6, M61 and A6 intersecting the area.

Hi, I'm Danni! Named after the glorious Pendle Hill which stands proudly to the western edge of the area, Pendle showcases stunning scenery and a mix of property styles from the area’s towns and villages.

From terraced properties to stunning equestrian homes with impressive hacking potential, the area covers a wide area stretching towards West Yorkshire including Barrowford, Nelson, Colne, Foulridge, Kelbrook, Barnoldswick and Trawden. The area is probably best known for its association with the Pendle Witch Trials in 1612 and boasts great commuting links to Burnley, Manchester and Bradford.
