
We have a vacancy for a Full Time Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts Team at our Head Office in Accrington.
The key responsibilities of the role would be to assist our Senior Accounts Manager in all aspects of the Accounts system within the Estate Agency & Lettings Business.
Duties would include:
Sales Ledger Transactions, raising invoices, credit notes and liaising with our customers and dealing with any queries. Purchase Ledger transactions, processing invoices, credit notes and dealing with any supplier queries. Supporting Senior Accounts Manager with reconciling bank accounts, Management Accounts, VAT returns, Payroll and all tasks that fall within the remit of our Accounts Department.
Skills required to fulfil the role:
- Competent IT skills proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel etc), Emails, ability to adapt to our CRM system.
- Experience of SAGE 50 Accounts Systems.
- Must have the ability to work on own initiative and also within a team.
- Excellent Numeracy skills are essential to this role.
- Accurate record keeping with attention to detail.
Hours of work will be 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
Salary dependant on experience
