Our story

We started in 2010 as a family-run business and have grown to become one of the North West’s leading estate agents for selling and letting property.

Our first office was in Accrington, we now have 10 branches in key locations and employ over 70 staff, making Keenans one of the fastest-growing independent estate agencies in the UK. And we’re not stopping here! Our dynamic and forward thinking leadership team are committed to continued growth, devoted to taking Keenans to the next level of estate agency.

Embracing modern technology with a perfect mix of traditional marketing, we never stop evolving to showcase our properties in the best way to deliver results that really matter.

We sell and let properties across our region including Hyndburn, Blackburn, Rossendale, Burnley, Pendle, Clitheroe, Rochdale, Chorley, Manchester, Swinton, Leigh, Bury and all areas in between.

We can also scale our services to provide unrivalled solutions for marketing, technology and range of property services for clients.
