We are currently on the hunt for experienced Call Centre Agents or Estate agent who are looking for a new role !
If you’re an experienced Call Centre Agent or an Estate Agent who loves the phone, with at least 12 months experience working in a busy, high-pressured environment and would like to find out more, apply today.
The role will be inbounded and outbound calls to our vast data base ensuring five-star customer service is provided for all the Keenans branches. Whilst maximising the business and supporting all our high street branches you will provide a proactive customer service-based approach. We are a fast-growing estate agent and currently based at our Burnley Office, but soon to move to our state-of-the-art offices.
The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the estate agency world for being one of the best.
Potentially you could enrol on senior leadership and management training to become a Team Leader, if you are already at this level, we welcome you to apply as we are always on the lookout for experienced people to join our management team.
Along with your basic salary a very generous commission scheme is on offer, huge career potential also we offer flexible working hours and Part time hours.
